University of Bath GREAT Scholarship India 2025

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be an Indian citizen
• be an Indian passport holder
• hold an offer from the University of Bath to pursue a full-time, postgraduate taught master's course starting in 2025
• have an outstanding academic background or relevant work experience
• be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes*

*Note:- The students will pay the full international tuition fees for their chosen postgraduate course. This scholarship is intended to partially offset this cost, but applicants will still be responsible for the remaining fees.

A selected Indian student will receive a partial tuition fee of £10,000 for one year of study.

• A valid passport
• Copy of visa (if applicable)
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• A scanned copy of the undergraduate degree certificate
• A scanned copy of the postgraduate degree certificate, (if any)
• A scanned copy of the final degree transcript or the most recent transcript, (if the applicant is still studying)
• Payment slip of the application fee, if applicable
• A personal statement, explaining the reasons for wishing to study the course 
• Proof of English proficiency, if English is not the applicant's first language
• An authorised translation of the degree certificate and transcript, if they are not in English
• English language test certificate (if available)
• An academic reference from the current or most recent place of study (Note:- It is required only when the applicant has one or a professional reference and doesn't have an academic reference available from the last 10 years)
• Fee status information including 
  • Name of the country in which the applicant has lived for the past three years
  • Name of the home country
  • Applicant's immigration status

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship using the steps listed below:-
Step 1: Click the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to 'Register'. (Note - If already registered, log in using the registered email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to the ‘Apply for a course’ and click on the given link to proceed.
Step 4: Select the programme to be applied, and create an account with the relevant details.
Step 5: After successfully creating an account, fill the required information such as personla details, education details, proof of English proficieny, and upload the supporting documents.
Step 6: Submit the application form after paying a non-refundable fee (for selected courses) via the university payment portal, Flywire, or by Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, Union Pay methods for the select locations.
Step 7: After applying, selected students will receive the offer to study at the university and will be automatically considered for the scholarship.

Note:-

•  Candidates must submit their deposit payment simultaneously with their acceptance reply on the Application Tracker website to secure the offer.
• Acceptance onto the course will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Upon receiving their offer letter, students have a four-week window to complete their deposit payment.
