The applicants will be shortlisted and scrutinized by an expert committee constituted by IIDL and MEMG. The applicants will be assessed through grades and scores given by the expert committee. Based on the assessment scores of the selection process, the shortlisted candidates would be incubated as UDAAN fellows.

About The Program
UDAAN Fellowship 2022-23 is an opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership (a centre designed to produce trained, ethical, and responsible leaders) to aspiring youth leaders and policymakers in the field of leadership, management, politics, governance, democracy and public policy. The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 22,000 for a duration of 11 months.

- have a keen interest in the issues of society and politics
- be aspired to contribute to the society

- Incomplete applications in any respect shall not be considered for fellowship.
- The duration of the UDAAN Fellowship is 11 months.
- A fellow must have a clean financial, legal and emotional historical background to support the candidature.
- IIDL-MEMG reserves the right to cancel the fellowship at any point of time on the grounds of nonperformance of the fellow.
- IIDL-MEMG reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
