About The Program

UCD SPIRe Doctoral Scholarship 2018-19 invites applications from PhD applicants in Politics and International Relations. The main objective of the scholarship is to encourage applicants for development studies.

  • Applicants should hold a master degree.
  • Applicants should have an excellent academic track record.

 

Benefits

UCD SPIRe Doctoral Scholarship 2018 covers full fees and a living stipend of EUR 14,000 per annum for up to four years for PhD applicants. 

Documents
  • Full proposal of maximum 3 to 5 pages
  • Copies of all academic transcripts
  • CV or resume of 1 to 2 pages
  • Two academic references
  • English proficiency proof

Note: Applicants should give actual references. If sent by email, they should be from an institutional address. If not sent by email, they should be on headed institutional paper.
