About The Program
TNMVMD Chennai Apprenticeship 2022 is an opportunity offered by the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Maintainance Dept, Chennai, Government of Tamil Nadu to graduate and diploma holders in Engineering. The selected candidates will receive up to INR 9,000 per month.

Category – I Graduate Apprenticeship
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- have a degree in Engineering or Technology granted by the Statutory University in a relevant discipline
- have a degree in Engineering or Technology recognized by the State or Central Government
- follow the age limit as per the apprenticeship rules
Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeship
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- have a diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by the Board of Technical Education established by the State Government
- have a diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an institution recognised by the State or Central Government
- follow the age limit as per the apprenticeship rules

How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the apprenticeship using the below-mentioned steps -

Step 2: Click on the 'Enroll' tab.
Step 3: Fill in all required details, and click on the "Submit" tab to end the enrollment procedure on the National Web Portal.
Step 4: After successful registration, click on the "Login" tab.
Step 5: Log in using the username and password.
Step 6: Complete the apprenticeship application, upload the necessary documents and submit.

Terms and Conditions
- The candidates must have passed their respective education in the year 2020, 2021 and 2022.
- The duration of apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year.
- The candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship or have one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending document verification.
- No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected and no further correspondence or enquires will be entertained in this regard from candidates.
- Canvassing through any source will disqualify the candidature.
