About The Program

The Kectil Program Developing Countries Youth Leadership 2019 invites applications from the talented youth of developing and least developed countries who have exhibited leadership qualities. The program aims to nurture the selected candidates so that they can contribute to the development of their communities and countries.

 

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
  • The applicant must belong to a developing or least developed country.
  • The age of the applicant must be between 17 to 26 years.
  • The applicant must have demonstrated leadership qualities, aptitude for innovation and proficiency in the English language.
  • The applicant must have access to a computer and internet facilities.

 

Benefits

15 most active candidates will be selected from among those who will participate in the Web-based program. These candidates will be given a personal introduction to a leadership mentor in a developed country in the candidates' general area of interest. Also, their names will be highlighted on the website of Kectil to honour their leading participation.
