The selected fellows will receive the following benefits:-
- A stipend of ₹25,344 per month.
- A housing allowance of ₹6,000–12,600 (depending on the placement city).
- Reimbursements for work-related expenses (e.g. school supplies on a per-child cost basis).
- Health insurance of up to ₹1,00,000 and access to free counselling.
- Casual and sick leave, national, regional and school holidays and a summer break.
- Access to the career fair after the Fellowship.
Note:- Fellows relocating to a different city become eligible for the housing allowance only once they move to their respective Teach For India placement city.
Eligible applicants can follow these steps to apply for the fellowship:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID)
Step 3: Navigate to the 'Apply Now' button and click on it
Step 4: Complete the eligibility test to proceed with the application.
Step 5: Sign up via Gmail or Linkedin, or enter an email ID and click on 'Continue'.
Step 6: Fill in the relevant details, and click the 'Continue' button.
Step 7: Enter a password and click 'Sign Up' or click 'Use OTP Instead Of Password' to register with an OTP.
Step 8: After successful registration, fill in the required information for the profile, choose the correct answers on the 'Fellowship Overview' page and click 'Proceed'.
Step 9: Fill in the required details and take the English Assessment, then submit the application.
Note:- Applicants will get no more than 25 minutes for the assessment.

- Demonstrated leadership and openness to learning
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Courageous with problem-solving abilities
- Boldness and ambition
Furthermore, the selection process is divided into three stages:-
Stage 1: Application Form - Applicants must introduce themselves by providing information about their academic background, work experiences, reasons for wanting to join the fellowship, and their interests.
Stage 2: Telephonic Interview - After the online test, the selected applicants will be called for a 30-minute telephonic interview.
Stage 3: Final Assessment - In the final stage, the selected candidates will participate in various activities with Teach For India and other applicants. These activities include sample teaching, critical thinking exercises, group activities, and interviews.
