About The Program
TCC Udyogamandal, Kochi Engineering Graduate/Diploma Apprenticeship 2023 is an opportunity offered by the Travancore Cochin Chemicals Ltd., Udyogmandal, Kochi (a state public sector undertaking owned by the Government of Kerala). The one-year apprenticeship invites graduate and diploma holders in engineering disciplines who have passed between 2019,2020,2021,2022, and 2023. A total number of 20 positions are available to apply. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of up to INR 9,000.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be a domicile of Kerala
- hold a first-class engineering graduate degree in one of the following disciplines from a recognised Indian university:
- Chemical Engineering
- Fire Technology & Safety
- Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Computer Science & Engineering
- Automobile Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- have scored a minimum of 65% marks/6.84 CGPA
OR
- hold a first-class diploma in one of the following disciplines from a recognised state technical board/university in the respective field
- Commercial Practice/Computer Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Note -
- Candidates who have already undergone or terminated or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973 are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have completed five years post their graduation/diploma will not be considered.
Benefits
Selected candidates will receive the following benefits -
- Graduate apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of INR 9,000 for the duration of the fellowship.
- Diploma holders will receive a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 for the duration of the fellowship.
- Accommodation will be provided in the company's dormitory (Note -Subject to availability, rules & regulations. Charges will be incurred as per the company's rules.)
Note - No TA/Da will be paid for this apprenticeship.
How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the apprenticeship by following the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID)
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Enroll' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and click it.
Step 3: Select the 'Student' option and complete the registration process filling in all the necessary details. (Note - Students who have already enrolled in the NATS portal, can log in with valid credentials)
Step 4: Click on the 'Establishment Request Menu' option.
Step 5: Click on the 'Find Establishment' option.
Step 6: Now, upload resume and click on the 'Choose Establishment Name' option.
Step 7: Type “TRAVANCORE COCHIN CHEMICALS LIMITED” and search.
Step 8: Click the 'Apply' button and click again to complete the application.
Note -
- A unique enrollment number is required to fill out the application for the apprenticeship program.
- Candidates enrolling for the first time on the NATS portal are required to wait for their unique enrollment/registration number to be generated before applying.
- It takes up to a day to verify the enrollment request and gets approved by the concerned regional boards.
- Once the applicants receive the unique enrollment number, they can proceed to apply.

Terms and Conditions
- Upon completion of the apprenticeship period, the company will have no obligation to offer employment to apprentices.
- An apprentice cannot claim the right to employment on the grounds of completion of the apprenticeship.
- The apprentice will not be entitled to any other benefit/facilities/allowances apart from the consolidated stipend.
- Incomplete or errored online applications received after the due date will be rejected.
- The decision of Management will be final and binding on all candidates.
- The employer does not take any responsibility to reply to the candidate/organization for non-selection/non-issuance of call letters.
- Merely meeting eligibility criteria does not assure engagement.
