Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Scheme for Minorities, West Bengal 2022-23 is an initiative of the West Bengal Minorities Development & Finance Corporation, under the Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department, Government of West Bengal to financially help the minority students of Class 11 to the postgraduate level. The selected candidates will receive up to INR 8,000 per month.

Step 3: Select the district where the applicant's institute is situated and click on 'Proceed'.
Step 4: Fill in the required details under the 'Student Information' and 'Scheme Eligibility' sections and Register.
Step 5: After successful registration, log in using the registered user ID and password.
Step 6: Fill in the application form, upload the relevant documents and submit.
Note - Submit the hard copy of the application form with the photocopies of the bank passbook to the concerned institute.
