SVNIT Surat Department of Physics Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to postgraduate degree holders. The required candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Group III-V Inorganic Semiconductor Clusters for Future Nanoelectronics Applications". The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be 28 years of age
- Hold a first-class M.Sc. degree in Physics
Desirable Qualifications:
- Since the project is at a progressing stage, the candidates with SCI/Scopus indexed publications in the relevant field will be preferred
Benefits The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month and the Non-NET/GATE candidates will receive fellowship as per the SERB-DST norms.
