Hungarian Government announces The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme 2018 for international students. The objective of this scholarship programme is to encourage the talented foreign students to pursue higher studies at Hungary.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must -
- Be a citizen of sending partner countries that includes the Republic of India.
- Be applying for a bachelor, master, one-tier master doctoral and non-degree programmes including both preparatory and specialization courses.
- Be 18 years of age or above as on 31 August 2018.
- Hold a secondary school graduation certificate until 1 August 2018.
How can you apply? In order to apply, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Click here to register.
Step 2: Fill in all the details. Note: An email containing login credentials will be sent to the registered email id.
Step 3: Login again with the username and password.
Step 4: Complete the application.

Documents required:
- Online application form.
- Proof of language proficiency and their translations in the language of the selected study programme or in Hungarian.
- Motivation Letter.
- Transcript of Records and its translations in the language of the selected study programme or in Hungarian.
- School certificates and their translations in the language of the selected study programme or in Hungarian.
- Copy of Identification Document.
- Medical Certificate.
- Acceptance of Statement for Application in the online system.
Award details:
The selected candidate will get:
Monthly stipend, tuition-free education, accommodation contribution and medical insurance.
