St. Petersburg University (SPbU) invites foriegn nationals to pursue degree courses. 300 Russian Federation government-funded seats are available for foreign nationals in this university in the academic year 2017

  • Must apply for the degree program in St. Petersburg University, Russia
  • Must pass the admission test for the applied course (Attached in Documents)
  • Must pass TORFL examination in Russian language
How can you apply?

Step 1- Fill in an application form (attached in the document)
Step 2- Register on the personal account page
Step 3- Create Portfolio online
Step 4- Attach Portfolio (including essay and letter of motivation) to your personal account page online

  • Identity Document
  • Birth certificate (translated in Russian)
  • Medical certificate claiming the applicant is fit to pursue the course
  • Medical certificate claiming the applicant is not suffering from HIV and AIDS
  • Original and a photocopy of the educational documents
  • Letter of motivation
  • Essay
  • 4 photographs 3X4 cm
