About The Program

The South Indian Bank Ltd. invites application from meritorious undergraduate students of Kerala belonging to economically backward families for South Indian Bank Scholarship Scheme 2017 under its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activity. 

 

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must -

  • Be a citizen of India studying in Kerala. 
  • Have passed Class 12 with more than 85% of marks from a recognized Government Higher Secondary School of Kerala in the academic year 2015-16 or 2016-17. 
  • Have annual family income less than INR 1 Lac from all sources. 
  • Be pursuing any of the mentioned undergraduate course from a Government/Aided College in Kerala - BTech, MBBS, BAMS, BDS, BVMS, BHMS, BSc (Nursing), B Pharma, BSc (Agriculture), LLB etc. 

Note: Students who take admission to a self-financed college in Government quota can also apply for the scholarship if they are paying the same government fees. 

 

How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply online for the scholarship through following steps -
Step 1: Visit the official website. 
Step 2: Click here to open the online application form. 
Step 3: Fill in all required details. 
Step 4: Upload all necessary documents in the prescribed format. 
Step 5: Finally submit the application form. 

Note: Please do retain a hard copy of the application form for future reference.

Terms and Conditions

Documents required 

  • Passport size photograph of the applicant with resolution 140 pixels X 110 pixels and size not more than 50 KB. 
  • Mark list of Class 12 in PDF file with size not more than 500 KB. 
  • Family income certificate issued by village officer in PDF file with size not more than 300 KB. 
  • Duly signed certificate by the Head of Institution in the prescribed format in PDF file with size not more than 300 KB.
