About The Program
SOF Academic Excellence Scholarship (AES) 2023-24 is an initiative by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF)* for students of Classes 1 to 10. The objective of the SOF-AES is to promote all-around academic development among students. The scholarship will recognize the performance of such brilliant students who achieve Academic Excellence in Olympiad exams in different subjects. The selected students receive INR 5,000 per month, a trophy, and a citation.
*SOF is an educational organization that was established with the aim of promoting Science, Mathematics, Computer Education, English, Social Studies, General Knowledge, and professional courses.

Eligible candidates can apply for the opportunity by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 3: The students are requested to contact the school to apply for the opportunity.
Note - The schools will send a proposal recommending students for the scholarship. The duly signed recommendation by the Head Master/Head Mistress/Principal will be sent by the school to SOF at the below-mentioned address -

Selection Criteria
Terms and Conditions
- 10 winners will be selected from each state/zone. Thus from 26 zones, 260 winners will be selected.
- The decision of the SOF Committee set up by SOF will be final and binding.
- The schools can download the nomination form from the official website.
- Recommendations should be sent in the specified format with all necessary documents.
- The school must send a copy of the student's previous year's report card duly certified by the principal with the GCSS form.
