- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Children of government employees will not be eligible for the scholarship.
- The holder of the scholarship must duly intimate the head of the institution about any further help that he/she may receive from any charitable institution or endowment fund after receiving the concession.
- If any of the details provided by the applicant are found to be untrue, the applicant shall be liable for a penalty of forfeiting of all claims and concessions of any kind in the college of the university and shall be rusticated.

About The Program
The University of Agriculture Sciences, Bangaluru invites applications from eligible candidates from Karnataka. The 1st-year B.SC. (Agriculture) students can avail the benefits of this scholarship which will be provided for a duration of 12 months. The aim of the scholarship is to provide financial help to students for pursuing their education.

- Who have a family income of less than INR 1,00,000 per annum
Benefits
The beholder of the scholarship will receive a concession of an annual interest accrued on the date of award of scholarship.

- Copy of the latest income certificate issued by a competent authority
- A certificate, in case the applicant has received any free studentship or scholarship during the concerned year
