In order to be eligible for this, a candidate must belong to any one of the following categories -
- Category A: 5-8 years of age
- Category B: 9-12 years of age
- Category C: 13-15 years of age
- Category D: 16-17 years of age
Note: Students' entries will be collected only through schools. No individual entries will be accepted directly from students.
Process to apply:
- The school has to conduct Small Hand Big Art’s Annual Art Olympiad 2017-18 session during school hours on any day of their choice while the Annual Art Olympiad is open.
- Only those art works that have been made during Annual Art Olympiad 2017-18 session conducted at school, should be submitted.
- Parents have to pay application fees to the school as per the number of art works submitted by each student (for 1 art work: INR 150, for 2: INR 300, for 3: INR 450, for 4: INR 600, for 5: INR 750).
- The school has to issue a single Demand Draft for the application fees collected (INR 140 x number of art work submitted) in favor of 'KALAABUZZ PVT LTD', payable at Bangalore. Any cheque or draft received directly from the parents will not be accepted.
- The school can also pay application fees by Bank Transfer/NEFT as per following details-

Terms and Conditions
Points to consider-
- Art work can be made on any theme or any topic and any type colour or pencil can be used.
- All art works to be made on paper sheets of A4 or A3 size only. No canvas paintings will be accepted.
- Each student can submit a maximum of 5 art works.
- An application fee of Rs 150 per art work is to be given by the student to the school.
- Each art work must have the following details mentioned clearly at the back-
- Name of the student.
- Category (based on age A: 5-8 years, B: 9-12 years, C: 13-15 years, D: 16-17 years).
- Mobile number of Art Teacher/ School.
- Mobile number of Parent.
Note- Any art work without the above information will be rejected.
- School has to send a printed list of all children who are sending art work along with following details-
- Name of School, School address and phone number of Art Teacher, clearly mentioned on top of each sheet
- Complete Name of Student
- Category (based on age A: 5-8 years, B: 9-12 years, C: 13-15 years, D: 16-17 years)
- Mobile number of Art Teacher/ School
- Mobile number of Parent
- School can retain Rs 10 per art work application, from the application fee of INR 150 collected for each Art Work submitted by the students and send Rs 140 per Art Work to organizers. The retained amount is to be utilized towards Courier Charges, Demand Draft fee, and Paper charges.
- The result will be declared on our website www.smallhandbigart.com on 31st January 2018.
- It is the responsibility of the school to ensure that no cash is sent across to organizers or to the coordinators.

- All Winner Award Cheques will be issued in the name of the Student only
- Art Work submitted to organizers will not be returned.
Award details-
- Winner will get a monetary award of INR 2,000 and a Certificate of Merit.
- Winners will be invited to attend a unique ‘Winners Mentorship Program’.
- Winners Art Work is displayed at some of the most premier Art Galleries in India.
- Winners will be invited to attend a unique ‘Winners Mentorship Program’
- Each participant will get a Certificate of Participation.
- Art Teacher of Winning Schools to be Felicitated at the Award Ceremony, for their contribution and encouragement.
