About The Program
The SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program (EFS), Thailand 2026 is an opportunity offered by the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University. It offers funds for international students from reputable institutions to pursue a master’s or doctoral degree at the university. Selected candidates will receive full tuition fee support and other benefits.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be an international student
- demonstrate academic excellence (preferably top 20%)
- meet the qualifications of the specific SIIT graduate program admissions
- provide strong recommendation letters
- maintain good health and conduct
- not be receiving other scholarships
Benefits
Selected candidates will receive:-
- Complete tuition and educational support fees for SIIT (including full thesis assistance)
- A monthly living allowance of THB 10,000
- Round-trip economy travel expenses via the most direct route to and from Thailand and the recipient's home country (actual costs, up to THB 20,000 per student)
- Additional expenses such as visa fees and a one-time English proficiency test for graduation, among others (actual costs, not exceeding THB 10,000 per student)
- Health and accident insurance throughout the scholarship duration in Thailand

- Bachelor’s degree transcript with at least a GPA. 2.75 OR
- Bachelor’s degree transcript, and Master’s degree transcript with GPA. 3.50
- Certificate of English proficiency test

Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-
