About The Program

Jammu & Kashmir Science and Technology and Innovation Council (J&KSTIC), Department of Science
and Technology Govt. of J&K invites application from not only to the scientists but also from the persons of grass root levels to bring socio-economic change.

Two fellows each from Jammu and Kashmir who are having two years of work experience in the research field will entitle to do research for one year. They will be providing Rs 16,000 per month as stipend. 

In the meantime, fellows have to do Resource Mapping, Medicinal and Aromatic Farm Management, Marketing and Liasoning with other Departments

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
  • First class degree in Post Graduate in Biotechnology from a recognized University or equivalent Institute.
  • Applicants must have at least three international publications.
  • Applicant must have at least two years of work experience in the research field other than teaching.
