The Cards Against Humanity offers the Science Ambassador Scholarship 2027. The annual program celebrates and supports talented undergraduate women and non-binary students in STEM fields. For over a decade, this prestigious scholarship has empowered emerging scientists, engineers, technologists, and mathematicians by recognizing their passion for sharing knowledge and educating others about compelling STEM topics. Selected students will receive an award of $20,000.

Selected students will receive a one-time scholarship of $ 20,000 for five winners.
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Create a three-minute educational video explaining a STEM topic you are passionate about. The video should be a mini-lecture that teaches viewers about the topic, rather than a personal statement about yourself.
Step 4: Ensure that the content of your video is scientifically accurate and include citations in the video using any citation format of your choice.
Step 5: Upload the video to YouTube and set its visibility to 'Public'. Use a 16:9 landscape format; do not upload a vertical or square video to avoid it being converted into a YouTube Short.
Step 6: Navigate to the ‘APPLY’ Button.
Step 7: Fill in the required details, including the YouTube link, and click the 'Submit' button.

Question: Do I need to be a US citizen to apply?
Answer: No, you do not need to be a US citizen. However, you must attend college (or plan to attend) in the United States or a US territory.
Question: Can my video be about any STEM topic?
Answer: Yes! Your video can explain any STEM topic that excites you, regardless of whether it's your major field of study. Pick a topic you're passionate about and create an engaging mini-lecture.
Question: How important is video production quality?
Answer: Production value is not a factor in the selection process. The advisory board cares about clear communication, scientific accuracy, creativity, and your passion for the topic. A smartphone video with good lighting and clear audio is perfectly acceptable.
Question: Can I edit my application after submission?
Answer: Yes! You will receive an email after submission that allows you to edit your application until 11:59 PM US Central Time on December 14, 2026.
