About The Program
Scholarship to Meritorious Students Possessing Mathematics/Physics, Maharashtra 2023-24 is an initiative of the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Government of Maharashtra to financial assistance to meritorious students pursuing graduation in Science stream with Mathematics or Physics as their main subjects. The selected candidates will receive a scholarship of ₹100 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- be domicile of Maharashtra
- have secured at least 60% marks in Class 12 in Science exam or more than 60% in Maths & Physics
- be pursuing graduation degree in Science
- have Maths and Physics as main subjects

The selected candidates will be awarded with a scholarship of ₹100 per month.

How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note: If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Click on the 'New Applicant Registration' button at the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 4: Fill in all required details, verify the email and the phone number.
Step 5: Complete the Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometric.
Step 6: After completing the authentication process, fill in all the required details to 'Register'.
Step 7: Now, click on the 'Applicant login' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 8: Log in using the username and password.
Step 9: Fill in the necessary details, upload the specified documents and submit.

- Students who are domiciles of Maharashtra but studying out of the state cannot apply for this scheme.
- The candidates must not be receiving any other scholarships from State or Central Government.
