About The Program
The Sardar Patel Good Governance CM Fellowship Program 2025 is a flagship initiative of the Government of Gujarat, implemented under the Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA), General Administration Department. This competitive fellowship is designed to attract driven young professionals to contribute to governance reforms, public policy innovation, and efficient service delivery across government departments in Gujarat. Selected interns will receive an award of ₹1,00,000 per month along with other benefits.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- passed the 10th and 12th classes with a minimum 60%
- hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised university
- not exceed 35 years of age as on the application closing date
- have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields
Benefits
Selected fellows will receive a monthly stipend of ₹1,00,000 along with ₹10,000 as Leave Travel Allowance (LTA), totalling ₹1,10,000 per month.
