About The Program
RMIT University, Australia invites applications for RMIT University Research Stipend Scholarships 2019. There are two types of stipend scholarship program namely, RTP Stipend Scholarship (RSS) and RMIT Research Stipend Scholarship (RRSS). While the Australian Government gives funds for RSS, the fund for RRSS is given by the RMIT University. The selected students under this scheme receive a stipend of AUD 31,000 per annum and other benefits.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Have achieved a distinction in the final two years of qualifying programs
- Meet the English language requirements
- A researcher, postgraduates, and graduates

Benefits
The selected scholars will receive -
- Stipend of AUD 31,000 per annum
- RTP International Tuition Fee Offset Scholarship (RIFOS) or an RMIT Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship (RRITFS)
- Relocation allowance of up to AUD 515 for an adult and AUD 255 for a child to a maximum limit of AUD 1,540
- Paid sick, maternity and parenting leave

Step 2: Fill in the form and click on 'Register'.
Step 3: A 'Before you start!' page will open.
Step 4: Accept the terms and conditions and click on 'I am ready to apply!'
Step 5: A page will open fill the details (personal details, relevant employment experience, scholarship and prizes, publications and applicant declaration)
Step 6: Upload relevant documents.
Step 7: Submit.
Note: After the applicant has submitted the EOI (Expression of Interest), they have to wait for its approval by the university. If the EOI is successful, the applicants will receive an invitation to complete and submit the full application.

Last date to submit the completed application: 01st October 2019

- The selected candidate has to start the course in the scholarship commencement period.
- The selected candidates can not defer their studies. In the case of deferral, the candidate has to apply again.
