About The Program

Resilience Fellowship Program 2019, USA is inviting applications from reporters around the world to learn about the science and practice of resilience while unfettered from the daily demands of journalism. The resilience in this context is about the socio-ecological systems and how they respond to disturbances. The program gives reporters the tools to answer environment-related questions through a resilience lens. The fellows get immersed via fieldwork– discussions with scientists, observation of resilience thinking as it relates to on-going projects, and meetings with business people and community members on the front lines of resilience work.
