About The Program

Reimbursement of Tuition Fee for SC/ST/OBC, Delhi 2024-25 is an opportunity offered by the Department for the Welfare of SC/ST, Government of NCT of Delhi, for students studying in Classes 1 to 12. This scholarship aims to provide reimbursement of the tuition and other compulsory fees to SC, ST and OBC students studying in recognized public schools in Delhi. The selected students will receive a reimbursement of tuition, lab, and library fees up to ₹48,000 or the actual amount paid, whichever is less.

EligibilityDeadline Date: 31-May-2025

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • be a domicile in Delhi
  • belong to the Scheduled Castes (SC)/Scheduled Tribes (ST)/Other Backward Classes(OBC) community
  • be enrolled in Class 1 to 12 in a school recognized/affiliated with the Department of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi/Municipal local bodies of Delhi
  • have scored 50% or above in the previous class examination
  • not have less than 70% attendance in the preceding year
  • have an annual family income of not more than ₹3,00,000
Benefits

The selected students will receive reimbursement for tuition, lab, and library fees up to ₹48,000 or the actual paid amount, whichever is less.

Documents
  • Income certificate issued by the competent authority of Delhi
  • Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued in the name of the student or his father’s name by SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD)
  • Domicile certificate by the competent authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi
  • Marksheet of the previous academic year
  • Aadhaar-seeded bank account details of the student (Note:- A joint bank account with a parent/guardian is also permissible)
  • Original fee receipts for the current academic session
How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:
Step 1:
Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required details to register (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to 'Apply Services' and click the 'Register' button.
Step 4: Select the Aadhaar card for the document type and enter the Aadhaar number and captcha code. 
Step 5: Tick the checkbox and click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 6: Now, log in using the credentials (user ID, password, and captcha code). 
Step 7: Enter the relevant details and select the scholarship scheme.
Step 8: Upload the required documents and click on the 'Submit' button.

Note:- It is mandatory for all SC applicants to complete the One Time Registration (OTR) on NSP.
