Reel of Change Short Film Competition 2018 invites applications from budding filmmakers who are looking to gain exposure and show their filmmaking skills. As part of the Manfest-Varchasva 2018, this competition aims to spread awareness and sensitize people through short films. Skilfully presenting their craft can help participants get a platform for their stories and also earn prizes worth INR 20,000.
This competition is open to all budding filmmakers who breathe stories day in and day out. A team of maximum 4 people can enter this competition with their minute-long film. The filmmakers should present their opinion on improved care for the mother and child. The short film entries should be replete with cinematography, sound design and direction, and must be based on the theme "Healthy and Happy U.P".
The winners will receive prizes worth INR 20,000. They will also receive a platform to showcase their filmmaking skills and tell stories that leave a lasting impact on people.
Follow the below steps to apply-

Step 2: Fill in all the required details and submit the form.
Step 3: Participants then need to submit their final movies at firstname.lastname@example.org by 13th November.
Step 4: The shortlisted movies will be screened on campus during the final round.
The winners will be selected on the basis of cinematography, sound design and direction. Also, the most skilfully presented films that properly encapsulate the theme of the competition will be given high preference.
