List of important documents:
- A letter of recommendation from the Ph.D. supervisor in his/her native lab
- A letter of recommendation and agreement from the proposed host supervisor in the fellowship lab (Foreign Research Institute / University)
- A detailed description of the research plan/ project in the format attached (see document list). This format will explain as to why this fellowship/ stay will benefit your research.
- CV (max. 2 page) in the attached format (see document list)
- Ph.D synopsis (2 page)
- No objection letter from the head of your institute
- Research experience letter or publication (if any) (acceptable only if the applicant is author or co-author)
- Passport (scanned copy)
