About The Program
Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship for VJNT & SBC Category, Maharashtra 2022-23 is an initiative by the VJNT, OBC and SBC Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra for VJNT and SBC category students studying in Class 11 and 12. The selected students will receive INR 300 per month for ten months.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be a resident of Maharashtra
- belong to Vimukta Jatis, Nomadic Tribes or Special Backward Class
- be studying in Class 11 and 12 in Jr. College
- have secured 75% and above marks in Class 10 examination
Benefits
The selected students will receive INR 300 per month for ten months.

How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps -
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on 'New Applicant Registration'.
Step 3: Fill in all required details, and verify the email and phone number.
Step 4: Complete the Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometrics.
Step 5: The candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number if they opt for OTP authentication.
Step 6: Complete the registration process by filling in all the required details.
Step 7: Log in using the username and password.
Step 8: Complete the scholarship application, upload the necessary documents and submit.

- The education gap is not allowed for this scholarship.
- The scholarship benefits can be taken in addition to Post Matric Scholarship.
- There will be no income limit for the scholarship.
