Pre Upper Primary and Pre Secondary Scholarship, Maharashtra 2017-18

Applicants studying in Classes V to VIII are given scholarships on the basis of their results in a competitive exam conducted by the Maharashtra State Council of Examinations Pune every year.
Note: The scholarship is renewed on the basis of the progress of the student and his/her good conduct. At each stage, the tenure of the scholarship is for 3 years.

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps -
Step 1: Click here to register as a new user. (Note: Candidate should have a mobile number registered with their Aadhaar card to ensure seamless and fast application process.)
Step 2: Complete the Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometric. 
Step 3: The candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number if they opt for OTP authentication.
Step 4: Complete the registration process by filling in all the required details. 
Step 5: Log in using username or password. 
Step 6: Complete the application process for the scholarship.  

Note: Once the applications are filled, the Headmaster of the respective school is required to submit the proposals to concerned District Social Welfare Officer, Zila Parishad through Block Education Officer. For applicants of Mumbai, the proposals should be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare, Mumbai.
