About The Program
Panjab University Post Doctoral Fellowship 2025 is an initiative by the Panjab University, Chandigarh, under the RUSA (Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan) 2.0 and UGC (University Grants Commission) scheme. The fellowship aims to support outstanding researchers in advancing their academic careers by providing financial assistance and research opportunities in cutting-edge fields. Selected fellows will receive an amount of ₹1,00,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be below the age of 40
- hold a doctoral degree
- have some published research work
Note:- Relaxation in age for 5 years is applicable for SC, ST, OBC and women candidates.
Benefits
Selected fellows will receive an amount of ₹1,00,000 per month, and a contingency grant of ₹1,00,000 per annum will be provided for research purposes.
