About The Program

POSOCO Apprenticeship for Electrical Engineering Graduates, Delhi 2022-23 is an opportunity offered by Power System Operation Corporation Ltd. (POSOCO) (a Government of India Enterprise, under the Ministry of Power) to eligible Electrical Engineering graduates. The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 for a year.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must -

  • have a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
  • have passed the final examination of Engineering within two years from the ending date of application
  • be between 18 to 28 years of age as on the day of application

Note:

  • The candidate should be medically fit as per the Apprenticeship act, 1961.
  • Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH will be applicable as per Government of India Rules.

How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply for the apprenticeship using the below-mentioned steps - 
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Enroll' tab on the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 3: Fill in all required details, and follow the steps to complete the registration process on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
Step 4: After registering successfully, download the application form from the advertisement and take a printout of it
Step 5: Fill in the form and send it along with all required documents to the below-mentioned address –

Selection Criteria

The candidates will be selected on the basis of the following criteria -

  • The candidates will be selected based on merit and marks obtained in the qualifying exam, document verification and performance in interview.
  • If two or more candidates secure the same percentage of marks then prescribed qualification, relative merit and seniority in age will be considered.

Terms and Conditions
  • Candidates under the age of 18 years, cannot apply for the apprenticeship training.
  • Candidates who attended any apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply for this opportunity.
  • Candidates having more than 1 year of job experience shall not be considered eligible to apply.
  • After the completion of one-year apprenticeship training, the contract will be automatically terminated.
  • The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the official website of POSOCO under the ‘Engagement of Apprentice’ section in the ‘Career’ tab.
  • No candidate can claim the right of employment after completing the apprenticeship training.
  • Incomplete/erroneous/late submission of the application shall be rejected without any further discussion.
