About The Program

PHL Apprenticeship for Graduates 2023 is an opportunity offered by Pawan Hans Limited (A central public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India) to Engineering and non-Engineering graduates in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Aeronautics. The duration of the apprenticeship is up to 3 years and a total of 33 positions are available to apply. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 15,000.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must -

  • be an Indian citizen
  • hold a BBA/B.sc./B.Com./B.Sc(Aviation) degree/B.Tech degree
  • have graduated in the last 2 years (May 2021 to May 2023) before the application closing date

 

Note - Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training and/or have one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.

Note -

  • No Travel Allowances or Dearness Allowances (TA/DA) will be provided to the selected candidates.

  • No boarding or lodging facility will be provided to the apprentices during the apprenticeship training.

How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply for the position using the steps listed below-

Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to 'Register'. (Note - If already registered, log in using the registered email ID.)
Step 3: Read the instructions carefully, navigate to the ‘Annexure-1’ section and download the application form.

Selection Criteria

The selection will be made based on the merit of the final percentage of marks obtained by candidates.

If candidates secure equal marks/percentage in their qualifying examination, the candidate securing more percentage in the preceding educational qualification will be placed at a higher position in the merit list.

  • Merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not assure engagement as an apprentice.
  • The candidature of applicants will be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates. In any stage of engagement, if a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria or has furnished any false or incorrect information, then the candidature will be cancelled without any further discussion.
  • In case of canvassing in any form or bringing in any kind of influence, candidates will be disqualified.
  • PHL has no obligation to offer regular employment to the apprentices at any point in time. The candidates hold no right to claim regular employment from PHL based on the apprenticeship training.
  • The decision of PHL management is final and binding on all candidates on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, or rejection of the applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process, etc.
  • PHL will not communicate with candidates who have not been selected.
  • PHL has not entrusted or authorised any individual or any organisation to coordinate or liaison for apprenticeship training.
  • The selection of the candidates can be cancelled at any time before or during the training, in case of misbehaviour or if any document or information is found incorrect.
