- The Group ensembles to be assisted for Repertory Grant will be expected to have a repertoire of adequate number and quality and should have given performances on an all India basis.
- Those grantees who are getting Repertory Grant, would be recommended for renewal of Repertory Grant only when they stage at least two productions during the financial year. Out of this two, at least one production must be a new production i.e. which has not been staged earlier.
- Physical verification would be compulsory for continuation of repertory grant after every 4th (fourth) year.
Note: The Repertory Grant will be reviewed annually by the Expert Committee set up for the purpose. Organizations will be eligible to obtain only one grant in a financial year. Repertory Grant will be disbursed in one installment on fulfilment of the following conditions at the time of proposal for renewal of grant: -
- The Organizations granted financial assistance would mandatorily organize at least two cultural activities (function, lecture, seminar, workshop, exhibition etc.) in any of the school in their vicinity. A certificate to this effect from the Principal of the school would be a mandatory requirement for renewal and release of grant.
- Organizations getting repertory grant are required to upload videos of their Production/Function/Seminar etc. on YouTube and provide a link to YouTube/Facebook/Twitter page of the Ministry of Culture and this will be a pre-requisite condition for renewal of Repertory Grant and comments received from general public on their uploaded videos/material will also be taken into account for renewal of Repertory Grant.

Award details
- Assistance for each Guru/Director will be at the rate of INR 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) per month.
- Adult artist of 18 years and above will receive assistance of INR 6000/- per month
- Category A child artiste between 12 to 18 years will receive an assistance of INR 4,500/- per month
- Category B child artiste between 6 to 12 years will receive an assistance of INR 2,000/- per month
- Category C child artiste between 3 to 6 years will receive an assistance of INR 3,000 per month.
Award will be given in categories under different age groups between 3 to 18 years and above.
Documents required
- Photocopy of the Registration Certificate and Memorandum of Association/Deed, Bye-laws.
- A copy of Unique ID number of the organization obtained from the NGO-PS (NGO-DARPAN) Portal.
- A copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by Income Tax Department.
- Duly filled-in Resolution in the prescribed format (in original).
- Complete details of Guru/Director and Shisya/Artistes enrolled with the organization for which financial assistance is sought in the prescribed format.
- Justification for seeking financial assistance as Fresh Repertory Grant or Renewal of Repertory Grant or Enhancement of Repertory Grant.
- Last three year’s Income Tax Assessment orders.
- Last three year’s balance sheets with auditor’s certificate.
