PDEU Admission Scholarship 2021-22 is a scholarship opportunity for UG, PG and PhD applicants. The vision of the university is to emerge as a world-class Institution of Excellence in Energy Education, Research, and Innovation which will prepare and sensitize the youth and ultimately the society for radical yet sustainable societal transformation. The selected candidates will receive variable awards.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Have passed every semester examination at the first attempt besides regular attendance, disciplined and exemplary behaviour, and compliance with all other norms, as prescribed by the University from time to time
FOR B.TECH. STUDENTS -
Merit Scholarship -
- Have earned a minimum SPI of 8 in the 1st Semester, and also of 8.5 in every subsequent semester
Merit-cum-means Scholarship -
- Have earned a minimum SPI of 8 in the 1st Semester, and also of 8.5 in every subsequent semester
- Have a total annual family income (from all sources) of not more than INR 6.00 lacs in the previous financial year
Merit Scholarship: For SC & ST category students -
- Have earned a minimum SPI of 7 in the 1st Semester, and also of 7.5 in every subsequent semester
Merit Scholarship (For Female students only) -
- To have earned a minimum SPI of 8 in the 1st Semester, and also of 8.5 in every subsequent semester
FOR M.TECH. STUDENTS -
- Have earned a minimum CPI of 6.5 in every semester
FOR Ph.D. STUDENTS -
- Have a valid CAT score with a minimum of 60 percentile at the time of the admission tests

Benefits The selected candidates will receive the scholarship in the following ways -
B.Tech. Scholarship -
- Merit Scholarship: Full Tuition Fee Waiver (w. e. f. first semester)
- Merit cum Means Scholarship: Full Tuition Fee Waiver (w. e. f. first semester)
- Merit Scholarship: For SC & ST category students - Half Tuition Fee Waiver (w. e. f. first semester)
- Merit Scholarship (For Female students only) - Half Tuition fee waiver (w. e. f. first semester)
M.Tech. Scholarship* -
- For candidates having qualified and valid GATE score admitted in Phase I only: INR12,400 per month
- For candidates admitted under Phase-II Non-GATE category admission process: INR 8,000 per month
Ph.D. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE -
- Up to first two years: INR 25,000 per month
- In the third year: INR 30,000 per month
*Note - The financial assistance for M.Tech students is subject to the conditions that
