About The Program

Prime Minister Narendra Modi through Mann ki Baat invites citizens of India for the video competition named Paryatan Parv - Dekho Apna Desh Video Competition for the year 2017. It is an initiative of Ministry of Tourism to discover the wonders by celebrating Paryatan Parv from 5th to 25th October across the country. The citizens of India are encouraged to upload videos of Incredible India (destinations, heritage, culture, cuisine and nature) on www.youtube.com and share the link on the MyGov platform. The three lucky winners along with a companion will get paid holiday package (3 nights and 4 days) and the winning video will be projected worldwide and across India through various channels.

The citizen residing in India are invited to apply for the video competition.

How can you apply?

The application can be done online by following these steps:

Step 1: Read the details before applying.
Step 2: Make a video and upload it on YouTube.
Step 3: If already a registered member of MyGov then login by using the registered email id and password/OTP else click Register Now.
Step 3: Fill the details and share the video.

Terms and conditions:

  1. Group and multiple entries will not be allowed.
  2. Upload the videos on YouTube and post the link at creative corner.
  3. Videos can be made using any digital device, including smartphones.
  4. The video should not be more than 2 minutes and the music must be the copyright of the candidates.
  5. The briefing (max 500 characters) should be there mentioning the state, subject name and the place where the photo was taken. Also use the #incredibleindia.
  6. The video must not be published anywhere.
  7.  It must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
  8. Once the winner is declared, the winner will revert with a confirmation email within 3 working days or another winner will be chosen.
