About The Program
Ordnance Factory, Tiruchirappalli Graduate/Diploma Apprenticeship 2023 is an opportunity offered by the Ordnance Factory, Tiruchirappalli (a manufacturing organisation of small arms and medium calliper weapons under the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence). The apprenticeship is offered to graduates and diploma holders in engineering and non-engineering subjects. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of up to INR 9,000.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be an Indian citizen
- hold a diploma/graduate degree in engineering/non-engineering subjects
- not have more than 3 years gap between the year of passing and the date of joining
Note - Candidates who have passed out before December 2020 are not eligible to apply.

Note - All the documents are required in original forms along with 2 sets of photocopies for each.
How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the apprenticeship by following the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID)
Step 3: Read the details carefully, click on the given Google form link or scan the QR code to access the form.
Step 4: Fill in the details carefully, upload the required documents, and submit.
Note - Engineering Candidates are required to register on the NATS portal before sending their application.
Candidates who are not registered with the NATS portal can follow the steps listed below to register themselves:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the NATS portal.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Enroll' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and click it.
Step 3: Select the 'Student' option and complete the registration process filling in all the necessary details. (Note - Students who have already enrolled in the NATS portal, can log in with valid credentials)
Note -
- A unique enrollment number is required to fill out the application for the apprenticeship program.
- Candidates enrolling for the first time on the NATS portal are required to wait for their unique enrollment/registration number to be generated before applying.
- It takes up to a day to verify the enrollment request and gets approved by the concerned regional boards.
- Once the applicants receive the unique enrollment number, they can proceed to apply.
