About The Program
ONGC Shilpvidya Ki Udaan Ke Sahyogi Internship 2022-23 is an initiative by the ONGC Foundation for master's degree students. The main objective of this project is to support and strengthen the existing organizational infrastructure that serves to improve the livelihoods of rural Indians in a sustainable manner. The selected interns will receive a compensation of INR 10,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be Indian citizen
- Be pursuing MBA, M.E. degree (Product development) degree (For Business development and marketing intern)
- Be pursuing a master’s degree in Product Design, M.Des (Product Design) and master’s degree in Fashion technology (For Design and Product Development intern)
- Be pursuing a master’s degree in Packaging technology, MBA and master’s degree in fashion technology (For Packaging schools intern)
- Be pursuing a MBA degree, master’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Event Management (For Event organizers)
Desirable Qualifications -
- Have excellent writing and communication skills
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Selection Criteria
Terms and Conditions
- Shortlisted applicants will be scheduled for on-site interviews in the early 2nd or 3rd week of May.
- Notification will be made via email to all applicants once their application is complete.
- Notification of application status (i.e., interview) for only selected candidates will be made by email.
- Final decisions for the Fellowship will be made in the month of June.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check prior to hire.
- Each applicant is allowed a maximum of one entry. (Please don't apply for both fellowship and internship)
- The candidate should apply according to the criteria of the fellowship program.
- The content or idea of the Assignment must be related to the topic.
- Entries received will be the subject matter of the organisers and the shortlisted applicants will be only contacted further
- Please do not send the original assignment directly to the organisers, unless asked for. Online participation only
- Active Mobile number and email are requested to be provided.
- The decision of the ONGC Foundation with regard to selection will be final. No Correspondence on the selection process will be entertained
- The award of fellowship and internship will not confer any right of employment with the ONGC group of companies or its joint ventures
- In case, any information declared at the time of initial online application is found incorrect during scrutiny or thereafter, the application of such candidates shall be summarily rejected.
