NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program 2026-27

To be eligible, applicants must:-

• have completed at least one year of PhD studies at the time of application
• be majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• be enrolled as a full-time PhD student during the 2026–2027 academic year (not graduating before May/June 2027)
• be actively engaged in research as part of their PhD thesis
• be available for an in-person summer internship at one of NVIDIA’s global research offices
• not be an immediate family member of a current NVIDIA employee

Note:- The award is disbursed to the student’s university, not directly to the student.

The selected students will receive:-

• Up to USD 60,000 60,000  funding for stipend, tuition, and fees.
• Mandatory internship at NVIDIA before the fellowship year.
• Access to NVIDIA products, technology, and research teams.
• Opportunities to conduct cutting-edge research and build an industry network.

• Research proposal (max 2 pages, plus bibliography)
• Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• 2–3 recommendation/nomination letters (including thesis advisor)
• Confirmation of internship availability
