About The Program
NIT Warangal Civil Engineering Department (CED) Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered by the National Institute of Technology, Warangal to B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a Department of Science and Technology-Science and Engineering Research Board (DST-SERB): Start-up Research Grant funded project entitled - "A Study of Pedestrian Exposure to Traffic Emissions and the Consequences for their Travel Behaviour". The selected candidate will receive an emolument of INR 31,000 per month for the 2 years period.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 30 years of age
- Have first-class a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Transportation Engineering with valid GATE score
Desired Qualifications -
- Have knowledge of Transportation planning and Transport and Environment
- Be proficient in Travel behaviour modelling and good analytical ability and competent in writing skills
