About The Program
NIT Srinagar Department of ECE Engineering Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to graduate and postgraduate degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Investigation of Non-ideality Factors for a P3HT: PCBM Based Bulk Heterojunction Organic Solar Cell in Presence of Gold Nanoparticles”. The candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA for the first 2 years for JRF and INR 35,000 per month plus HRA for the third year for SRF.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a B.E. /B. Tech. degree in ECE or relevant degree; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%
- Hold an M.E. /M. Tech /M.S. degree in related field preferably with specialization in Microelectronics, OR
- Have done Major projects related to Microelectronics/Device Physics, Semiconductors; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%
Desirable Qualification:
- Have prior knowledge of Electronic Device Physics, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Electronics, Organic Semiconductors, Device Simulators
