About the Program
National Institute of Technology, Silchar invites applications for NIT Silchar DST-SERB Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from BE/BTech/ME/MTech degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "A Nationwide Study on Retinal Detachment in India with Emphasis on the Risk of the Fellow Eye through Fundus Images using Deep Learning". The selected fellows will receive a salary of up to INR 31,000 per month.

Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be less than or up to 30 years of age
- Hold a BE/BTech & ME/MTech degree
- Have GATE/NET qualification
- Have a Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering with relevant research experience
Benefits The selected fellows will receive a salary of up to INR 31,000 per month.
