About The Program

The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela invites applications for the NIT Rourkela DST SERB Department of Chemistry Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is a temporary post for the project titled, “Developing of Efficient Tribromides as Versatile Fine Oxidative Dearomatisation Reagents". The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship up to INR 30,000 per month for the first and second year.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • Hold an M. Sc. in Chemistry/M.S (Medicinal Chemistry)/M.Pharm with 65% marks
  • Have a valid NET/GATE Score
  • Have 1-year experience in laboratory work
Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship up to INR 30,000 per month for the first and second year.
