About The Program
NIT Rourkela Department of Industrial Design Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to M.E./M.Tech. or B.E./B.Tech. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - “Development of Customized Sit-to-Stand (S2 ) Trajectory-based Mobility Assistive Device". The candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Mechanical/Design/Bio-Medical/related specialization, OR
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Mechanical/Design/BioMedical with a valid GATE score, OR
- Have BDes and MDes degree with above 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA with institute norms
