About The Program
National Institute of Science Education and Research Bhubaneswar invites applications for the NISER Bhubaneswar SERB School of Physical Sciences Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project entitled, “Josephson junctions with strained Dirac materials and their application in quantum information processing”. The selected fellows will receive consolidated remuneration of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA as per rules.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be below 28 years of age
- Hold an MSc in Physics with CSIR-UGC-JRF-NET/GATE/JEST score valid for 2021
- Have a basic knowledge of Mathematics/Python
Special paper/Elective at MSc level in theoretical Nanoscience/Quantum Information theory will be preferred.
