About The Program
NISER Bhubaneswar School of Earth & Planetary Sciences Research Associateship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Ph.D./M.S. or equivalent degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project entitled, “Comparing the Disparate Imparts of Oak and Pine Tree Species on their Local Hydrological and Hydroclimatic Regimes in the West-central Himalayas". The selected fellows will receive consolidated remuneration of INR 47,000 per month plus HRA as per rules.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be below 35 years of age as of the date of the interview
- Hold a Ph.D./M.S. or equivalent degree
- Have 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M.E./M.Tech. degree with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal
