About The Program

Nirankari Rajmata Scholarship Scheme 2018-19 is a merit-cum-means scholarship which invites applications from class 12 passed and graduate students. The scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to those needy meritorious students who want to pursue professional and technical courses at graduate or postgraduate level. 

 

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
  • Applicant's annual family income must not exceed INR 3.5 Lacs.
  • Applicant must have scored at least 90% marks in class 12.
  • Applicant must be a regular student of a government recognised institution/college in which he/she is admitted through a competitive written test. 
  • Applicant must be pursuing studies in any of the following disciplines:
    • Graduate Degree in Medicine in Allopathic and/or Ayurvedic and/or Homeopathic
    • Graduate Degree in any discipline of Engineering
    • MBA/PGDM
    • Architecture
    • Chartered Accountancy after qualifying CPT conducted by Institutions of Chartered Accountants of India
    • CFA after qualifying Foundation Test
    • LLB after passing Entrance Test for LLB or after qualifying Degree Exams
  • For renewal of the scholarship, students need to secure a minimum 75% marks every year.

 

Benefits

Selected students will become eligible to receive tuition fee for that particular year. The maximum ceiling will be INR 50,000 per year or tuition fee payable in each year, whichever is less.

 

Documents
  • Completed application form with photo affixed on it
  • Self-attested copy of latest payslip and IT return of all the earning members of the family or family income certificate issued by the Area SDM
  • Self-attested admission slip/letter offered by the University/Educational Institution
  • Self-attested mark sheets of previous academic qualifications, starting from class 10
  • Self-attested certificates of class 10 and 12
  • Self-attested copy of results of all semesters' exams passed
  • Self-attested copy of latest fee receipts issued by the University/Institutes
  • A certificate by the institution that states 
    • the student will not/has not received any other scholarship
    • the student has not taken admission through Management/Convenor Quota or any other Quota 
    • the student's family income from all sources is not more than INR 3.5 Lacs per annum
  • Self-attested copy of Ration Card / Aadhar Card / Voter ID / Passport / PAN Card or any other residence proof
  • Self-attested bank account statement of father/mother/self for the last six months
  • Self-attested copy of passbook and a canceled cheque of saving bank account of student for remittance of financial help, in case the student has already deposited the fee in the Institute/College and is seeking reimbursement

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be selected for the scholarship on the basis of their financial need and capability to pursue the relevant course.

Terms and Conditions
  • The scholarship will be granted to selected students for pursuing higher study in India only.
  • The scholarship will be discontinued if the student does not pass the examination in any year during the course.
  • The decision of the Education Committee, SNCF will be final and binding.
  • Students will not be granted scholarship for pursuing courses through Correspondence or Distance Education.
  • The eligible students may have to appear before the Education Committee for an interview if required.
  • The list of approved applicants will be notified on the website of SNCF.
  • It is advisable for applicants to access the website after regular intervals for updates.
