About The Program
NIMHANS Bengaluru Department of Neuromicrobiology (DN) Senior Research Fellowship 2021 is an opportunity offered to postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is on a contract basis for the NIMHANS funded project entitled, “Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus (MRSA) -Population Dynamics and Geographical Clonality; Healthcare & Community Approach in Humans & Animals”. The selected candidate will receive consolidated remuneration of INR 22,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be up to 30 years of age
- Hold an M.Sc. degree in Microbiology/Medical Microbiology; BVSc (MVSc in Microbiology)
Desirable Qualification:
- Have one to two years of research experience, with hands-on Molecular techniques
- Have readiness for fieldwork
