About The Program
NHAI Internship Program 2022-23 is an internship opportunity offered by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) to B.Tech./M.Tech. (Civil Engineering) students. The interns will be made to learn through the National Highway projects for a minimum of 3 months. The selected interns will receive up to INR 15,000 and other benefits.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be a B.Tech./M.Tech. (Civil Engineering) student from IITs, NITs and government/Private Engineering colleges
- Have secured CGPA 7 (Note - The score of 70% will be considered equivalent to 7.0 CGPA) in a completed semester for which the result has been published
Benefits
The selected interns will receive the following ways -
- Undergraduate students - INR 10,000 per month
- Postgraduate students - INR 15,000 per month
- An internship certificate
- The implementing agencies will provide appropriate stay and transportation facilities to the interns.

- The internship will start from the academic year 2022-23.
- The period of internship shall be a minimum of 3 months out of which a minimum of 12 weeks will be assigned to the contractor and consultant of a particular highway project.
