The New Zealand Excellence Awards 2018 is a programme jointly managed by the Education New Zealand and eight New Zealand universities. Under this programme, a total of 34 scholarships are offered to ambitious and capable Indian students to pursue higher education in various universities across New Zealand. The aim of these awards is to provide an opportunity for Indian students to experience New Zealand excellence in various programmes.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be:
- An Indian citizen.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Having an unconditional offer letter from one of the New Zealand universities.
- Holding a minimum GPA equivalent to B+ in the qualifying exam.
Benefits Students enrolling in postgraduate courses will receive a scholarship amount of NZD 5,000 and those in undergraduate courses will receive NZD 10,000.
Documents - An unconditional offer letter for admission to a New Zealand university.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Copy of official academic transcript.
- Passport as an evidence of Indian citizenship.
How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply through following steps:
Step 1: Visit the website here and click on 'Apply'.
Step 2: Select 'Create New Account', enter details and complete registration.
Step 3: Log in using the information used during registration.
Step 4: Answer the pre-qualification questions.
Step 5: Complete all the required sections in the application form.
Step 6: Upload the necessary documents and preview the complete application form.
Step 7: Submit the application.
