About The Program
National Scholarship Scheme (SAMADHAN) -II HRDM, 2021 is for 10th,12th, graduation, postgraduation, any degree or diploma, who are in the age group of 16–40 years. A step towards the Digital India initiative, this online examination reduces the processing time of the results and helps deliver scholarships to meritorious students in a faster way. The selected applicants will receive variable awards.

To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must -
- Have completed any one of these or more than one education levels - 10th, 12th, graduation, postgraduation, any degree or diploma (10th is minimum qualification candidate with higher qualification are eligible to apply)
- Be within the age group of 16–40 years (for all category candidates)
A total of 6358 candidates will be selected under the SAMADHAN-2021 Scholarship Exam purely based on merit.
- For type A (2459 scholarships): 60% and above marks.
- For type B (1567 scholarships): 50% or above & less than 60% marks
- For type C (2332 scholarships): 40% or above & less than 50% marks
Benefits
A total number of 6358 scholarship are available -
- 2459 candidates will be awarded Type A scholarship i.e. INR 1000 (single payment only)
- 1567 candidates will be awarded Type B scholarship i.e. INR 500 (single payment only).
- 2332 candidates will be awarded Type C scholarship i.e. INR 300 (single payment only).

Step 3: Once the application is installed successfully, proceed with the scholarship application form.
Step 4: Fill in all required details and submit the application.

Terms and Conditions
- The examination contains questions in four sections namely - Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Studies, and English.
- All the questions will be available in English and Hindi, except the English Language section.
- For each wrong answer, one-third of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty.
- There will be no penalty for unattempted questions.
- Applicants do not need to pay any fee for registration; there will be no fee refund option.
