National Fellowship for OBC Candidate 2018-19 is to provide fellowships to other backward class (OBC) students to pursue higher studies leading to MPhil and PhD degrees in Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Engineering & Technology. There are 300 slots for the fellowship. The aim of the programme is to support unemployed OBC students who wish to pursue full-time research without the JRF of UGC-NET or UGC-CSIR NET. Candidates can get a stipend of up to INR 28,000 per month along with other benefits for a duration of 5 years.

Step 3: Provide personal details and a registration ID will be generated (which will be helpful for downloading pdf file once the submission is complete).

Step 5: Provide other details such as scholarships, present employment etc.
