About The Program
Education Department, Government of Gujarat, Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana, Gujarat 2021-22 is inviting applications from meritorious students pursuing diploma or degree courses. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students for tuition fees, hostel & food expenses, and the cost of books & equipment.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
- Students securing 80 percentile in 12th and getting admission in 1st year of the degree course.
- Students securing 80 percentile in10th and getting admission in 1st year of the diploma course.
- Students securing 65 percentage in diploma and getting admission in the 1st/2nd year of the degree course.
- The annual family income ceiling should be INR 6 Lac.
Benefits
The selected students will receive -
- Tuition fees- up to INR 2 Lac
- Hostel food assistance- INR 12000
- Book equipment assistance - up to INR 10,000
